Leigh is a native of Cabarrus County who grew up in and around residential real estate! She and her father, Darrell Thomas, are business partners and have been working together since 2000. Leigh believes strongly in building lasting client relationships, and as a result, 97% of her business is referrals from current and past clients or from other top Realtors nationwide. Leigh is also a strong believer in continuing education. She is a member of the prestigious StarPower network (a nationwide consortium of agents who are top producers in their markets), and has attained three designations. ABR is the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, which is earned by completing education and by working with buyers on an exclusive representation basis. CRS is the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is earned by achieving a high level of closed transactions (EXPERIENCE!) on a consistent basis in addition to completing several classes. CLHMS is the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, earned by completing education and by working extensively in the luxury home arena. She has the knowledge and expertise to sell your home, or help you locate the perfect home as well. Recently, Leigh completed the intensive Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) training to help families in financial distress find options to foreclosure.
Leigh and her husband, Steve, live in Harrisburg with their two children and two cats. In her (rare) free time, Leigh enjoys working with the children at her church, Mallard Creek Presbyterian, singing, and playing piano.

Amy and her husband currently reside in Tega Cay, SC (just over the state line), on beautiful Lake Wylie. They are seasoned real estate investors themselves and have also survived a complete house remodel!

Sophia is our Team Manager and Closing Coordinator. She enjoys working through the details to ensure that each listing is properly serviced and that each closing occurs as smoothly as possible. Sophia is the live voice you can reach each day when Leigh is in appointments so you know that you can always get a question answered when you are selling or purchasing a home. Sophia is happily married with four girls and lives in Concord.
Jonathan thrives on helping others, which is why his passion for real estate is a perfect match! He cannot think of a better way to help someone, then being a part in establishing their new life in their perfect home.Jonathan has been an active Realtor for several years, in this time he spent working as an onsite agent for many luxury home developers. Jonathan has established a great name for himself in the high end market of the DC Metro Region. Jonathan is very excited in reestablishing his name in the Carolinas. Jonathan and his wife currently reside in South Charlotte, NC. In the past several years they have bought, sold and renovated 2 homes. Just in the last several months they came to visit a friend in Charlotte, and fell in love with the Queen City. Shortly after, they decided that this was the city they wanted to call home.
Hailey has always had an extreme passion for real estate. She is full of positive energy, always trustworthy and continuously focused. Recently Hailey sold a home, bought a new home, got married, renovated the new home and after one fantastic trip the Charlotte area, decided to move to Charlotte.
