This is the longest dry spell I've had since beginning this blog in September of 2006!  I haven't gone anywhere, but good heavens-I need 8 days a week right now.

Team and staff changes have happened...listings have been taken and sold...buyers have searched and purchased...battles over earnest money continue...

And you know, my kids and my husband need a little attention, too.  =)

I'm headed to Orlando next week for the annual CyberStar gathering and also StarPower. I'm excited to reconnect with old friends and meet some of the folks I've only known through the powers of Web 2.0. I'm really excited about meeting up with other agents who have found themselves in a position of growth in this not-so-hot market to get input.

I'm also excited to get recharged and get back to writing on this blog.  Of course, my outside blog is about to go through a change if the idiots at RSS will ever return an email since the drama started.

I've missed hearing from y'all, and i'm back!
