There’s good news for all those Charlotte first-time home buyers who have not yet taken advantage of the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit (part of the $787 billion economic stimulus package). The IRS has implemented the tax-related provisions of the The Worker, Homeownership and Business Assistance Act Of 2009, which extends and expands the home buyers tax credit up until to April 30, 2010! A tax credit has now been implemented for may current Charlotte home owners also.
