Orleans Homebuilders is opening two new neighborhoods in the hot community of Harrisburg, NC.  Harrisburg is undergoing an enormous amount of growth due to our fantastic public schools and our low property taxes-not to mention easy commute into uptown Charlotte and the UNCC area. 

Hearthwood is now open on Rocky River Road with huge homesites starting at 0.5 acre!  This will be a smaller community with only 99 homesites.  It will include a pool, cabana and tot lot.  Home will start in the mid $300s and will be in the size range of 2887-3950 sqft.Hearthwood by Orleans Homes

 

Bridge Pointe will be opening late in the fourth quarter or early in the first quarter in Harrisburg.  This neighborhood will be located on Hickory Ridge Road across from the Charlotte International School (a fantastic charter school).  This neighborhood will have 199 homesites, and an amenity center which includes a junior Olympic pool, splash pool, clubhouse, tot lot, and sport court.  Home pricing has not been released but is anticipated to start in the $300s with two different price points available. 

 

Wellington Chase is finally almost here as well after a lot of wrangling with Cabarrus County!  This neighborhood is anticipated to start selling in early 2007.  It will feature 292 homesites and an amenity area including a junior Olympic pool, spray-ground, clubhouse, sport court, tennis court, and tot lot.  Pricing hasn't yet been released.
